Announcment For Open WebOS 1.0 Made

HP has made its first move after announcing WebOS to be open sourced. As per the statement, HP will be able to completely open source the platform by this September. Along with this, the company is rolling out Envyo 2.0 as part of this open project. Here ‘s the whole project roadmap
With this announcement, HP has very much hived off the Palm platform. All eyes are now set towards RIM and what their new CEO will do!
