Yesterday LG electronics held a bloggers meet where-in they announced three LG Optimus L-Series devicesin India. The L3, L5 and L7,  L3 also comes with a Dual SIM version known as L3Dual. L series of smartphones are part of LG’s design philosophy. The core essence of L-Style is timeless design with beautifully defined details. L-style’s design philosophy comprises of five aesthetic elements- Modern Square Style for an easy and comfortable grip, Floating Mass Technology for that sleek look, Seamless Layout, Harmonized Design Contrast and Sensuous Slim Shape. All phones come with LG’s new Optimus 3.0 UI on top.

Optimus L3:

The L3 is an entry level Android based smartphone. Its pocket sized and sports a 3.2inch display with a resolution of 240 x 320, a 3MP camera in the rear. The phone runs 0n Android Gingerbread and has a 1500 mAh battery. The phone runs on a 800Mhz processor. 384MB of RAM and has an internal memory of 1Gb which can be expandable upto 32GB via MicroSD card (2Gb included in the box).

It has common connectivity options like Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS etc. Along with Music Player, FM Radio etc.

L3 Specs:

There is also a Dual SIM version of the L3 known as L3Dual. It also boasts the same features as that of the L3, just that its a Dual SIM phone.

Optimus L5:

The Optimus L5 also has LG’s sleek design philosophy, has a slim bosy measuring only 9.5mm. L5 runs on Andoid Ice Cream Sandwich. It has a beautiful 4inch HVGA display with a resolution of 320 x 480. A 5MP Auto Focus camera with LED flash at the back and a 1500mAh battery. Internal memory of 3GB and can be expandable upto 32GB via MicroSD card. Like the L3, this also runs on a 800Mhz processor and has a 512MB of RAM.

The phone sports connectivity options like Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi, AGPS etc., and multimedia options like MP3 Player, FM Radio.

L5 Specs:

The Optimus L5 will be available at Rs. 13199/-

The last but not the least, Optimus L7:

Optimus L7 is a mid-range smartphone running Android Ice Cream Sandwich on a powerful 1Ghz processor. The L7 comes with 4.3inch bright NOVA display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, has a 5MP Camera with continuous auto focus and a LED flash. The phone is also a a part of LG’s sleek, stylish design philosophy.

Same connectivity and multimedia features as on the L5.

Optimus L7 will be available at Rs. 19,900/-

Both the L5 and L7 come with WiFi Direct so you can share content with other WiFi direct devices at high speeds, QuickMemo, which lets you take notes, add annotations to photos, documents etc.
