Its been just 2 days since Microsoft revealed their Surface. Today we see a closed source to Microsoft confirm its pricing. The Tegra powered model is priced at $599 where as the one with Ivy Bridge running on Windows 8 Pro is priced at $999.

Well this sort of confirms the rumors we had seen yesterday about the pricing of the Tegra 3 based version which was said to be at $599, but the Intel based version was priced at $799.

The prices seem to be match up as of now and as per the statement made by Microsoft Surface General Manager Panos Panay, said that the RT version will be comparable to the other ARM based tablets.

Although we are not sure whether these are the official pricing, its better to wait for an official announcement from Microsoft.
