MOTOSMART Plus is just a upgraded version of the Motorola MOTOSMART which was recently released in the UK. MOTOSMART Plus comes with a bigger 4-inch touch screen and an 8MP camera. Still it runs on Android 2.3 aka Gingerbread like the MOTOSMART.
