The Nexus tablet specs have apparently been leaked and that too in Australia. Gizmodo Australia has got its hands on what it claims to be training material for the new unreleased Google Nexus tablet.

The Google Nexus tablet is due for a launch real soon now. With Google I|O beginning this week, everyone’s eyes are going to be on the table being launched by Google.

Here’s what the specs look like -

• 7-inch 1280×800 IPS Display
• Android 4.1 Jelly Bean (not confirmed to be 5.0 just yet)
• 1.3GHz Quad-Core Tegra 3 CPU
• NVIDIA GPU
• 1GB RAM
• 8GB / 16GB Internal Storage
• 1.2MP Front Camera
• 9 Hours Battery Life
• Wi-Fi a/b/g/n
• NFC (Android Beam)
• Google Wallet (US only)

The material also is suggesting a July release in Australia, which means that the tablet is likely to become available across the globe pretty soon too.
