Windows 7 Mobile buzz
Windows 7 is the new kid on the block and has been generating some buzz. We’ve not been looking at it so much here. But with some very nice recent news on possible launches scheduled to happen really soon, it’s time to kick Windows 7 news in to high gear.
Firstly, HTC’s regional director responsible for North Africa and the Middle East has gone on record with ‘gulfnews‘ and stated that as early as next month, the world will see Windows 7 phones from HTC. He also went on to say that in total 5 news phones will be released by HTC in this year. With the Desire Z and Desire HD already out, we are forecasting 2 Windows 7 phones and 1 Brew OS based device.
Also Microsoft confirmed later today that all the five operators in UK, Vodafone, T-Mobile, O2, Orange and Three will all be getting Windows 7 devices on their networks.
Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4U will be stocking W7 devices.
