A rather good update from Microsoft – if you’re rocking a Windows Phone, and have configured Twitter on the phone, you can now view the profiles of your friends straight from the People’s hub. I wouldn’t have realized this, until I was informed and linked to this WP Central article.

It looks like a backend update, because I can see the new profile view on my HTC HD7, without any sort of updates to the device. You can click on a contact in the People’s Hub, and find the details. You can also mention your contacts on Twitter right from here, check their bio (under Notes) and a link to their website is also mentioned (under Twitter and Facebook, separately).

That’s okay, but I’d like some more details under the profile view. For example, I’d like to see my contact’s entire Twitter profile, Facebook profile etc. That would be real integration, hey.
